I have wagered on millions of hands of twenty-one. I began working my way into the casinos when I was sixteen. I have played online 21, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. With all that said I have still spent an abundance of bankroll at blackjack. The gambling halls have made it very hard to beat the game.

I still like the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have wagered on a type of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get flush with this method or beat the casino, however you will have an abundance of fun. This method is based on the fact that chemin de fer appears to be a game of runs. When you are hot your hot, and when you are not you’re NOT!

I gamble with basic strategy blackjack. When I lose I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I do not win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the action back down to the original bet.

I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets very thrilling sometimes. If you win a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quick. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic runs a few times now. I left a $5 table at the Flamingo a couple of years ago with $750 after 20 mins using this technique! And a few weeks ago in Macau I left a table with $1200!

You have to understand that you can give away a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be aghast at the streaks you see wagering this way. Here is a chart of what you would wager if you continue winning at a five dollar game.

Bet $5
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the first five dollar bet

Bet 5 dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total wager of ten dollar

Bet $10
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the first ten dollar bet

Wager 10 dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $20

Bet twenty dollar
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original twenty dollar bet

Bet 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of forty dollar

Wager forty dollar
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $40 bet

Wager 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total wager of $80

Bet $80
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the original 80 dollar wager

Wager $80
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 160 dollar

Bet 160 dollar
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the first 1 hundred and 60 dollar bet

If you departed at this moment you would be up 315 dollar !!

It’s herculean to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and drop your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
