Blackjack is a game that most definitely reminds me a rollercoaster. Black jack is a game that starts out slowly, but gradually picks up speed. As you grow your bankroll, you feel as though you are getting up to the top of the coaster and then when you are not expecting it, the bottom collapses.

Blackjack is so very similar to a wild ride the similarities are awe-inspiring. As is the case with the popular amusement park ride, your black jack game will peak and things will be going well for a while before it bottoms out again. You must be a gambler that will be able to adjust well to the ups and downs of the game especially given that the game of black jack is awash with them.

If you like the tiny coaster, one that cannot go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way you can enjoy the roller coaster ride is with a bigger bet, then hop on board for the ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high stakes gambler will love the view from the monster rollercoaster because he/she is not mentally processing the drop as they rush headlong to the top of the game.

A win goal and a loss limit works well in blackjack, but very few gamblers adhere to it. In blackjack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it’s going up, that’s a lovely feeling, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster begins to twist and turn, you had better bail out in a hurry.

If you don’t, you might not necessarily remember how much you enjoyed the good life while your bankroll was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a nice ride … your head in the air. As you are thinking on "what ifs", you won’t find it easy to recollect how "high up" you went but you will be reminded of that devastating fall as clear as day.
