I have gambled on countless of hands of twenty-one. I began sneaking into the casinos when I was still underage. I have enjoyed online 21, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. With all that said I have still spent all kinds of money at vingt-et-un. The gambling dens have made it very hard to defeat the game.

I still like the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have wagered on a type of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get flush with this method or beat the house, however you will have an abundance of fun. This method is based on the fact that chemin de fer seems to be a game of streaks. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!

I gamble with basic strategy blackjack. When I do not win I wager the table minimum on the next hand. If I lose again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. Once I profit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the bet back down to the original amount.

I am very disciplined and do not back out. It gets very exciting sometimes. If you win a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quick. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had great runs a few times now. I left a $5 table at the Venetian a number of years back with $750 after 20 mins using this tactic! And a couple of months ago in Atlantic City I left a game with $1200!

You must understand that you can lose a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be astonished at the runs you see gamble this way. Here is a guide of what you would wager if you kept winning at a 5 dollar game.

Bet 5 dollar
Take five dollar paid to you, leave the original five dollar bet

Bet $5
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $10

Bet $10
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the first ten dollar wager

Wager $10
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total wager of 20 dollar

Wager $20
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 20 dollar wager

Bet 20 dollar
Leave $20 paid-out to you for a total wager of 40 dollar

Wager forty dollar
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the initial 40 dollar bet

Wager $40
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 80 dollar

Wager $80
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the original $80 wager

Wager eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 160 dollar

Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the initial one hundred and sixty dollar bet

If you left at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!

It’s difficult to go on a streak this long, but it will happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and drop your wager or the end result won’t be the same.
