I have played countless of hands of 21. I started working my way into the casinos when I was still underage. I have bet on online 21, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. With all that said I have still spent all kinds of bankroll at blackjack. The casinos have made it basically impossible to defeat the game.
I still like the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have bet on a type of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this method or beat the house, however you will experience a lot of fun. This method is built on the idea that vingt-et-un appears to be a game of streaks. When you are on fire your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy 21. When I do not win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I do not win again I wager the table minimum on the next hand again etc. As soon as I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the original bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the action back down to the original sum.
I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets extremely thrilling at times. If you win a few hands in sequence your bets go up very quick. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic runs a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the MGM a few years ago with $750 after 45 minutes using this tactic! And a few months ago in Las Vegas I left a game with $1200!
You need to understand that you can relinquish much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be astonished at the runs you witness wagering this way. Here is a guide of what you would wager if you kept winning at a five dollar table.

It’s difficult to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and drop your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
