I have played countless of hands of twenty-one. I started sneaking into the gambling dens when I was sixteen. I have played online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. With all that said I have still lost all kinds of funds at chemin de fer. The gambling halls have made it very hard to defeat the house.

I still like the game and gamble on a regular basis. Over the years I have wagered on a type of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get loaded with this tactic or defeat the house, still you will have a lot of fun. This method is based on the idea that blackjack seems to be a game of runs. When you’re on fire your hot, and when you are not you are NOT!

I bet with basic strategy blackjack. When I don’t win I wager the table minimum on the next hand. If I do not win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the action back down to the original value.

I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets extremely exciting at times. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quick. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome runs a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Flamingo a number of years back with $750 after 20 minutes using this method! And a couple of weeks ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!

You need to comprehend that you can relinquish much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be amazed at the runs you see wagering this way. Here is a guide of what you would wager if you continue winning at a 5 dollar game.

Bet 5 dollar
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 5 dollar wager

Bet $5
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 10 dollar

Bet $10
Take $10 paid to you, leave the initial 10 dollar bet

Bet ten dollar
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total bet of 20 dollar

Wager twenty dollar
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the original 20 dollar wager

Bet $20
Leave $20 paid-out to you for a total wager of forty dollar

Bet $40
Take $40 paid to you, leave the original $40 bet

Wager $40
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 80 dollar

Wager $80
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $80 bet

Wager $80
Leave $80 paid to you for a total bet of 160 dollar

Wager 160 dollar
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 1 hundred and sixty dollar bet

If you left at this moment you would be up three hundred and 15 dollars !!

It’s iffy to go on a run this long, but it will happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and drop your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
