I have gambled on millions of rounds of vingt-et-un. I began working my way into the gambling halls when I was 16. I have bet on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short while. With all that said I have still lost all kinds of cash at chemin de fer. The casinos have made it very hard to beat the house.

I still enjoy the game and wager on a regular basis. Over the years I have bet on a variation of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get flush with this method or beat the house, still you will experience a lot of fun. This method is founded on the idea that blackjack appears to be a game of streaks. When you’re on fire your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!

I wager with basic strategy twenty-one. When I lose I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I lose again I bet the table minimum on the next hand again etc. As soon as I win I take the payout paid to me and I wager the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I keep wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the bet back down to the original value.

I am very strict and do not back out. It gets extremely enjoyable sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in series your bets go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome runs a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Palms a couple of years back with $750 after 45 mins using this technique! And a few weeks ago in Vegas I left a table with $1200!

You have to comprehend that you can relinquish a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be surprised at the runs you witness betting this way. Below is a chart of what you would bet if you kept winning at a five dollar table.

Bet five dollar
Take five dollar paid to you, leave the first five dollar bet

Bet $5
Leave $5 paid to you for a total wager of $10

Bet $10
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the initial 10 dollar bet

Bet ten dollar
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total wager of twenty dollar

Wager $20
Take $20 paid to you, leave the initial twenty dollar bet

Bet twenty dollar
Leave $20 paid to you for a total wager of $40

Wager 40 dollar
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the first $40 wager

Bet $40
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total wager of $80

Bet $80
Take $80 paid-out to you, leave the first eighty dollar bet

Wager 80 dollar
Leave $80 paid-out to you for a total bet of $160

Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid to you, leave the initial 160 dollar wager

If you departed at this moment you would be up $315 !!

It is iffy to go on a run this long, but it will happen. And when it does you can NOT alter and drop your bet or the end result will not be the same.
